COOR'S CHALLENGE TROPHY
In memory of: DC/AFC BAYER'S SILVER MR. V REITERALM, NRD, VX
Criteria for selection:
- This award shall be presented to the owner* of the Weimaraner who has defeated the most dogs in field competition. The owner* must be a voting member of the Club and no points may be accrued when the owner is not in good standing and no points may be counted before the owner joins the Club.
- Points will be calculated for the January 1 thru December 31 period of the designated year.
- The rotating trophy will be awarded at the Annual Awards Celebration. When the trophy is passed from one member to another, a Coor's Challenge plaque shall be presented to the previous winner.
Points Awarded:
| The value of a placement is: | 1st place - 4 points |
| 2nd place - 3 points |
| 3rd place - 2 points |
| 4th place - 1 point |
- The value of the placement times the number of starters in the Stake
- Triple points for National Field Trial
- Double points for Regional/Classic events
- Double points for all-breed stakes
The following information is needed from those in contention:
- Date, location, and sponsoring club
- The name of the Stake(s)
- The number of starters in the Stake
- The placement
- Document if the event was an all-breed or a classic
- Tally the points and enclose verifications and then send to the Awards Chairman
WCWDCA'S ANN KEPLER AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING CLUB SHOW DOG
Criteria for selection:
- This award shall be presented to the owner* of the Weimaraner who has defeated the most Weimaraners in conformation competition. The owner must be a voting member of the Club and no points may be accrued when the owner is not in good standing and no points may be counted before the owner joins the Club.
- Points will be calculated for the January 1 thru December 31 period of the designated year.
- The rotating trophy will be awarded at the Annual Awards Celebration. When the trophy is passed from one member to another, an Anne Kepler plaque shall be presented to the previous winner.
- Each dog/bitch defeated in the ring counts as 1 (one) point.
How to accrue points:
- A dog/bitch that wins a class counts all the Weimaraners in that class, excluding self.
- A dog/bitch that wins Reserve, counts all the class dogs/bitches except two. (Self and Winners)
- A dog/bitch that wins Winners, counts all the class dogs/bitches except self.
- A dog/bitch that wins BOW, counts all class Weimaraners except self.
- A dog/bitch that wins BOS, counts all Weimaraners OF THAT GENDER including SPECIALS of that gender except
self.
- A dog/bitch that wins BOB, counts all Weimaraners participating in that show except self.
* Owner is identified by the dog's AKC registration and must be the person who provides the principal residence for the dog.
